Where's my download?

The moment you order, an email with your download link goes out. It normally lands within a minute or two.

Not there? Check spam. Check promotions. Honestly, that's where it is nine times out of ten - search your inbox for "Sprout & Page" and it'll pop up looking innocent.

I lost my file. Am I in trouble?

No! Goodness, no. Phones die, laptops get replaced, downloads folders quietly eat things — it happens constantly. Email us and we'll resend your link. You bought it once. It's yours. We're not going to charge you again because your computer had a bad day.

What do I actually get?

A PDF. Genuinely, that's it. No app, no account, no login you'll forget, no subscription lurking in the background waiting to renew. You download it and it's yours forever! display it on your phone, tablet, computer, all three, whatever works.

Can I print it?

Sure! The journals can be written in actual pen and actual paper. Your home printer is fine, a local print shop is fine. Print as many copies as your household needs.

Can I share it with my partner?

Of course. Parenting was never meant to be done solo, and neither were these. Your partner, your co parent, the grandparent who does the Tuesday pickups - anyone raising your kids alongside you is covered.

Do I need anything special to open it?

Nope. Most devices can open PDF's :)
